Inhale all your feelings, let them go on the exhale - release tension, illness, emotions, thoughts and physical discomfort. Tap into your own wisdom and your body's longing for connection, peace, safety and care!
Sliding Scale
This Breathwork is completely by donation. We suggest a radical sliding scale - pay $1 for every $1,000 you earned last year. If you made $30,000, you pay $30.

ABOUT BREATHWORK
We live on air. 80% of the atomic weight of our intake and output is through our lungs.
We can live days without water, months without food... Three minutes without air.
More air = more life.
Conscious, circular, and supported breathing offers life-shifting insights, wild visions, deep emotional releases as well as nurturing states of calm. No modality for personal growth is as intense, clean, opening, or produces such non-ordinary consciousness: a journey deep into a cathartic, waking dream.
Paired Breathwork is done in groups of two. Come with someone with whom you can be transparent and who will pay good attention to you - a friend, a lover, anyone you trust.
You will help facilitate their session, and they yours. Come prepared to go deep, have fun, connect, release and receive healing.
~ Wear light, loose fitting, comfortable clothes.
~ Bring food or drink to share, and two sheets per pair.
~ Eat a light supper at most, especially if you are going to breathe the first session.

Tim Anderson, MDiv, is trained in psychotherapy and systemic family therapy and leads very large to small groups of many kinds: Jungian Dreamwork, men's and grief circles, empowerment, governance as well as activist groups. One of his favorite modalities is Breathwork, which he has been facilitating and innovating for over 20 years.
Heike Rodriguez has been leading workshops since 2009, including Paired and Circle Breathwork, Breathworker Training, and Women’s Empowerment. Originally trained in Twelve-Step, Dreamwork and DBT, she curently teaches Female Ejaculation and Transformational Breathwork in Seattle, WA.
